We sure had a lot of fun over in the Department of Community Outreach bringing you a Heart Health February, and now that it is over (and we’re through North American Anni party) we wanted to ask you, the community, what your feelings on the event were. Did you enjoy learning about heart health? For that fact, did anyone learn anything? Did we raise awareness for anyone? What issues or complaints did folks have? Please let us know with the following survey.

This survey is anonymous and we encourage everyone to take it and provide their feedback. Near the end it does ask for a Tower Name- should you want to provide it. It is completely at your discretion to share your identity or not, and we will only use shared names to follow up on your feedback in the event that there are any concerns.
