Artists and Designers of the Tower, here's your chance! The Department of Events and Conferences needs a logo for the 16th Anniversary Party. Information about the event is right HERE. (you can also look at my signature)
All designs should be in CYMK format with a resolution of 300dpi. Also, please try to make your designs roughly the same width and height. A square or circular format is ideal for this. In order to actually enter the contest, you may send a low resolution file, but if your logo is chosen, you MUST have a larger version that fulfills these requirements! The design itself must incorporate the date, title, and location of the event, and somehow relate to the event itself.
All members are welcome to submit a logo, regardless of rank, and may submit as many logos as they wish. Logos should be submitted to events@tarvalon.net, naevents@tarvalon.net and marketing@tarvalon.net with the subject line, "16th Anniversary Party Logo Contest Entry." Please include your Tower name in the email so that we know who you are.
Logos are due no later than February 15th!
Note regarding clip art: If you are using clip art, stock art, or any artwork that was not specifically made by you, you MUST have the appropriate license to do so (unless the artwork is free). If you are unsure whether you are permitted to use a particular image, DO NOT use it. Please contact Arie or me if you have any logo-specific questions about reference images or clip art.
