Thanks for reviving this thread. That made me realize my copy still hasn't arrived, though it shipped seven weeks ago. Time to send an email. :P

I'm unimpressed with Amazon Germany. They changed the expected delivery date to "August 25 - November 25." Cancelled our preorder, and ordered it through Book Depository instead.

I expect future graphic novels will have a lot of that.
