That would not be a bad thing Aes Sedai, Rand's issues with the Maidens doesn't really add anything to the plot. The Death list is the only remotely important thing that it is tied too but that was a thing that was happening anyways and not really tied to Rand not getting Ji'E'Toh.

Well... Okay Book 10 was a slow plodding mess. However, I do think it was still a necessary part of the series since what happened at the end of The Previous book, was a world altering event and that much of the one power getting channeled would freak EVERYONE out and it was somewhat important...
