I was shocked that we see Loial get his throat slit in S1 E8 (not spoilers because episode has been out for over a year and a half) but then S2E1 he is magically alive again. I guess we were to assume that Nyaneve or Egwene healed him off screen? I literally couldn't stop talking about this gap...
