In the USA, Prime lost the streaming rights to Doctor Who at the beginning of 2020. Now you would have to purchase episodes / seasons to watch it there. Supposedly it's all included on HBO max now. Alternatively it looks like seasons 1-10 of modern Who are on netflix in the UK so any decent VPN...

Prime has Picard everywhere except USA / Canada. What it does have here though is The Expanse which is excellent sci-fi.
