I had a dream last night that Ilissa and I got hired as Tower Gatekeepers. Except in the dream we literally had to stand at a gate, cross our spears, and yell "you shall not pass" whenever someone approached it. When we weren't yelling at people, we were surfing Tar Bacon and eating donuts...

From what I remember, admin positions require that you oversee a team of people, while staff positions are more about working on your own (or being one of the team being managed :P). Thus, I'd hazard a guess this is a staff position.
