There's quite a bit of Arthurian legend in the book, actually. Just off the top of my head, the least obscure ones are: Egwene Al'Vere = Guinevere Tar Valon = Avalon Artur Paendrag Tanreall (Hawkwing) = King Arthur Pendragon
