Nah, It's an RPG thing which has sort of bled across into discussions on the books. Never fully confirmed by Rj, but it gets chucked around by people, and Sanderson and so on sometimes. As close a name it ever comes to, but not official no.

The name Westlands originates from The WoT Roleplaying Game as a name for the main continent, and has been mentioned a couple times by RJ in interviews since. But it is never mentioned in the books, or really confirmed by RJ as an official name for the region.
