 you're right; it does! I've never thought about it like that. I grew up eating Reubens on pumpernickel, and as a result, I'm always slightly disappointed when I order one at a restaurant and it comes on marble rye.

You're making me hungry for corned beef and sauerkraut. (I forgo the bread, as I'm gluten free, but it's just as good if you wrap the sauerkraut in the meat and add the dressing. Mmmm.)

Gluten free? Have I got a recipe for you!
Corned beef, sauerkraut, cream cheese, sour cream, melt and mix, top with thousand island and enjoy with corn chips!
Or, bake then hollow large red potatoes. Mix insides of potatoes with cooked corned beef, sauerkraut, and swiss. Stuff back in potatoes and bake. Dressing on top is optional.

I also often avoid cheese and dairy. :look:

But I like the idea of the twice baked potato with corned beef and sauerkraut. I'll have to try that. :D

I can understand people not liking sauerkraut. It's a very bold flavor.
But if you've never had corned beef, you ought to try it once.

Once again, you make me hungry and it's way too late to eat anything. :(

Kosher Marshmallows?
I love anything mallow-ey, so I'm sure these will go down a treat. I wonder what it would be like to sleep on a mattress made of marshmallows....

Kosher marshmallows tend to be a bit weird, because normal gelatin doesn't qualify, so they're made with fish gelatin or something even weirder... Still taste good, though!
(And the mattress would be nice, but maybe a little sticky, I guess? :P)

It can be a perfect excuse to get out of work or school. "My bed wouldn't let me leave."
