Hello!

So Im sitting at work...eyes trained on a computer screen. Relaying a call for somebody using a telephone for the hearing impaired. When a young woman walks by...looking all official like...and points at my book.

My first thought is "Am I in trouble? What did I do? What did my book do? *glares at book*" As I was glaring at the book, the young lady points to her ring...a serpent biting its own tail...Kitan Sedai of the White Ajah.

I had been on this site before and just got a little confused. After a little explaining Kitan Sedai, I found myself intrigued.

So consider me here for a while! I hope to get to know you all!

Haha, I am excited to be here, I love Wheel of Time. I try so many other things but nothing really seems to get the FEEL of it. Thats what I think is so special about the WoT. It feels very different from other fantasy novels.

I rarely see people reading it...especially now what the last book is done. I am just kinda sad I started so late. I feel so behind haha. But thankyou for the welcome Enelya and Raeviendha. I hope to be able to actually learn names and ranks eventually. And refer to people as friends evantually as well.

I was walking through the maze of cubicles on the second floor this morning, taking someone who had just finished training to meet her supervisor, and I walked by Zad's cube and saw A Crown of Swords sitting on his desk... I made a mental note like, "I need to come back here." I took the employee to her supervisor and then came back and showed Zod my ring and told him he needed to IM me on the office's messenger system. I told him over IM about the awesomeness of the site and said he needed to join... The rest is history

Nice to know that I look official at work, when when I'm wearing jeans!

Wow, I have been on other "book-fan" sites and NEVER gotten a reception such as this. Its nice to find its not just a site, but an actual community. I think ill stay a while. Makes reading the books more interesting too!

I want to answer all your questions....and ill try to...If I miss you I still like you. I promise.

Steliana- thanks! Its nice to know im not the only one coming in here 12 years after creation. I checked out the site once before...months ago when I was in Book 2. And didnt join for some reason. Guess I just needed a push.

Nymala Sedai- Yes, with two Aes Sedai and and *cough* a new guy *cough* we should be able to convert the building. One CA at a time. *evil grin*

Jahily- I am indeed a new reader. I started March of 2012. Its taking me a LONG time. But school has not availed me much time. I also was a book reviewer for a content website for a short time. So I had to read other books for a while. But now im back. I hope not to spend 2 years on my first read through...

Kassina- That awesome hahaha. I find the keeping my crazyness for both comics and WoT kinda drives me nuts...I go on dates and I sit there the entire time like this O_O....thinking "when do I tell her?" I just need to find a girl who ALREADY reads WoT...
