So I'm doing a couple of chapters a day via audiobook (works out to about an hour a day), I've already gotten ahead more than that, but no complaints! This is alongside watching and re-watching and re-watching the show.

The overall plan is 1 book per month until the series is done. I guess if you wanted to do New Spring, it'd be a 15-month plan instead, though. I find this a very relaxed pace that I can fit in and stick to every single day.

Anywho, I'm a couple of days into Book One. Admittedly, I haven't read the last few books (yet), which is one of the many reasons I'm doing a re-read. I didn't remember just how much I loved this series, and I'm so glad I've committed to this. :joy:

That's an ambitious plan to read them all in 14 months but I think it's doable! Looking forward to if you post any thoughts as you read :)

Are you listening to Rosamund Pike's version, or the "old" ones?

Either way, I hope you are able to finish it, just remember that even though the middle books might be a bit slow paced, the ending is worth it! ;)

Yes, the biggest thing that stands out is the vast differences between the books and the show!

I am listening to Rosamund Pike's version up until I run out of them. :P

Yes, I remember Winter's Heart being very hard to get through!
