What do you think can be removed to create a good TV Series?

The first couple of books are pretty tight, with all the characters having things to do. Dragon Reborn is also pretty simple, but Rand doesn't do much, and that tends not to work well on TV. I think each of those would work well as 6-8 episodes seasons, but after that, things get a bit more sprawling. The Shadow Rising would also work as a season, but then I think books can be combined (made easier by them overlapping anyway)
Books are going to be cut in half and possibly rearranged so we don't have so as many flash backs. The scene that is going to be easy to change is the scene with Rand and the files in the destroyed town; were it repeat.
