What are the different Gaidin Companies???

I keep on getting refferences to the 4 different Gaidin companies, but I could find nothing as to what they acually are. Could someone please shed some Light on this?

The Companies were created by us as Gaidin counterparts to Aes Sedai Ajahs. You can read about them in the Library:

I didn't put them on, I gave them to to the Warders' Aes Sedai. For me, I have clothes with weaves set on them to prevent fire. XD
