That's the way I intend to approach it. I just hope I can rein in my brain to cooperate so as not to be disappointed :laugh: Either way, I am thrilled that this may bring Jordan's epic to a new audience--and hopefully they will read the books if their first encounter is through the medium of film.

I totally agree. I wish everyone knew how amazing it is!

I poured over the glossary at the back of each book, but even then still I did not learn some proper pronunciations until I started an audiobook listen through the series. One of the biggest offenders for me was Cairhein.

I used it for the extra information, but never really cared how something was supposed to be pronounced

Pronunciations are always important to me in books like this. Otherwise I just violently butcher it and know I'm doing it without knowing how to fix it, or I just mumble over the word in my head :laugh:

Hopefully I remember all the pronunciations when I reread the books
