After discussion and input in the Hall and from our Tower Initiates, we are making changes to the timeframe that is the path to Senior Membership.
These changes take effect immediately.
Citizen: remains at 30 days before being able to apply to the Tower.
Novice/Recruit: the time will be reduced to a minimum of 6 weeks. Novices and Recruits are still required to complete the 6 lessons with the MoTI. Engagement and participation are the main goals and will be taken in to account when putting you before the Hall for raising.
Accepted/Soldier: a minimum of 10 weeks (down from 12) before aspiring will be the new time frame. During this guesting time, we reuire you to guest with a minimum of 6 member groups and still encourage you to guest with as many as possible. Ten weeks in no way means you must aspire but for those who find their home faster, they have the option to aspire sooner. This is also not a guarantee that you will be raised in a certain time frame. Full raising to Senior Member will still lay in the hands of the Admin for that Member group. If the aspirant feels the time frame is dragging or unreasonably long, they are always free to contact me cordamora@tarvalon.net
At any point in a Tower Initiates journey, if they feel things are not going well or have questions, my email, DM, and messages are always open.
