I believe we see Nynaeve's Accepted test, some Seanchan (of course) and I think the scene with Rand in chains is a dream sequence. It'll be interesting to see what Moiraine is doing this season...
Who is that woman leaning on Rand? It can't be Min or Aviendha... I doubt it's Elayne either, which means it is probably Lanfear

Spoiler: Immediate thoughts with book spoilers

• The blood covered woman, any ideas what that's about?
• I'm still not a fan of the gags on the Damane. If that's in place of the collars it'll make it hard for Egwene to do much.
• Glad we're getting the Accepted test, I worried that might be left out.
• The channeling effects look nice. We're starting to get some colors involved.
• The black haired woman with Rand is definitely Lanfear. That makes two confirmed Forsaken so far. Speaking of which...
• Cinna had this thought. With Rand and Logain talking about channeling, do you think they might be planning to have Logain take Asmodean's place as a teacher? I could see it happening, though I don't like the idea. Asmodean is one of the most important and distinct of the Forsaken.
• Ishamael standing at the side of a Seanchan leader? Huh?
• Perrin smiling and being near a young kid is odd, not sure what's going on there.
• Aiel hype! That is all.
• Nynaeve with a sword? Huh? I'm guessing (hoping) that's from her accepted test.
• Rand's BDSM scene sure is something. I'm guessing flickerflickerflicker is involved.
• Actually come to think of it all of the confusing things could theoretically be flickerflickerflicker.
• Rand vs. Turak looks cool, looking forward to that.

I think there are still collars to go with the gags. They're really tall and not super shiny but they look to be there. Especially that one scene with egwene you can see it there.

And I think bloodsoaked lady is Lanfear emerging from where she was sealed.

Seanchan design, especially the damane mouth things, but honestly, I love it. The mout things remind me of Handmaids Tale, and it definitely increases the "these people are evil and their treatment of these women is f'ed up" vibes. I feel like the Seanchan are supposed to be over the top, and the design is nailing it.

Also could not be more thrilled to start seeing life in the Tower. Those sections were always some of my favorites.

I'm not keen on the changes to the Seanchan, I don't feel it is needed. I mean the collars are pretty bad - it also means there will be more changes coming because it limitsthe interactions between the Damane and Suldam.

I think Jordan had that balance just perfect, and the Seanchan denying their captives humanity whilst also being able to ignore their pleas shows the level of religious and ideological fervor.

Ive not had chance to watch the trailer yet but had already seen some stills of the Seanchan, Ill post my thoughts in detail on the trailer tonight.

I loved the trailer and I'm super excited for all the surprises in store! I'm definitely in the camp of generally not minding a TV adaptation differing from the books.

I watched the Everyday Negroes reaction video last night and it was hilarious and fun to see their speculation (esp about Lanfear and Elayne) as fans who haven't read the books.
