"forums are down" portion took around 40 minutes, then a bit of follow up after they were back. All done!

Does this have something to do with why I was just prompted to change my password?

There's a new policy that you have to change your password every 120 days, and thanks to the security breach a while back everyone had to change their passwords about 120 days ago. It prompted me to do mine a couple of days ago.
