"Everything in Randland repeats, but it's not always exactly the same."

So mathematically, Moridin is right. At some point, the Dragon will despair, lose hope and destroy the Pattern. :/

I was kinda hoping for something a little more hopeful than that.

Or he'll decide to kill the DO some time, instead of letting him live on.

Non sense. The battle prooved only that the DO has lived up to his name as the lord of lies. He has nothing to do with the choice between good and evil.
But let's not open this discussion in another thread :look: My theory is stated in full in the AMoL ending discussion thread.

Thanks for posting this!
I was unavailable at the time of the chat and it's awesome to learn what was talked about.

Thank you for posting this, it's very interesting :)

Perrin was the easiest character for Sanderson to write. Mat was the most difficult, followed by Aviendha and Tuon

I am so glad (for some reason) that Brandon agrees with me :giggle I always felt he did Perrin very well, but even in AMoL I never got the feeling that he "got" Mat in the way that RJ did, though he was better than in the preceding books.

Thanks so much Jeffan Gaidin. This answers some of my so-many-questions I've had. I think I'm still mentally and emotionally reeling from it all and trying to process the adventure.
