As an FYI - the Online Events team doesn't take nominations for their Outstanding Participants awards. They pick amongst themselves. So no need to deluge Liiane, the merits team, or myself with emails about it. Thanks!

No. It says in the description that it's cumulative time spent as an SM. So you can spend four years as, say, a Gray Aes Sedai and then one year as a Green Aes Sedai and you would qualify for the 5-year merit.

They'll be announced here before they are put on people's pages in the Who's Who, Onis.
Although there were a LOT of people at Anni, it's only a small portion of the site. The rest of the merit bages are being announced together rather than piece meal and information collected like that takes time. Not everyone has emailed to request them and so people are working behind the scenes to try to compile the data. I know it is being worked on and hopefully we'll hear more soon but people have real lives and it's exam season.
