    Oh lol my last question for answered on literally the next page I read. Cadmium, cool.

    Or chromium, rather... Not sure how I got those mixed up.

    Oh, another thing. The broadsheets are disappointingly small and impossible to read on my screen.

    Huh, so, there's a typo in my copy, because cadmium was correct according to the chart in the Ars Arcanum. My book definitely said chromium at one point though.

    • I love Harmony speaking directly to Wax during the battle! :)
    • Unlike in Vin’s time, affecting metal that’s embedded in a person’s body isn’t seen as ‘impossible’, just very difficult.
    • At one point in the battle, the doorknob of the room Wax is in turns and he immediately kills the person behind it without bothering to see who it is. I realize that everyone else had other things they were doing and they’d made that plan together so Wax could be reasonably certain he knew where Wayne and Marasi (and Steris) were at the time…. But that’s still super dangerous, Wax! :blink What if it’d been a friend?!
    • When it says that Wax ‘rolled into the hallway’, I can’t help but imagine video game-style dodge rolling and Wax just rolling continually around the warehouse to avoid gunfire. :lol
    • I love Marasi saving the day in the end! :joy And then also gets to actually prosecute Miles. :joy
    • Marsh! :joy Not only is he thought of as 'death' nowadays, but he's also a Mistborn, which people don't think exist anymoer.

    He has both allomantic and feruchemical spikes so he's able to store age much the same way that the Lord Ruler did, and he has the bag of atium he kept from the Kandra that tried to sell it. So he's nearly immortal.

    Yes I love how Marasi as a character is done :D And I love how both Wax and Wayne just naturally includes her in their little team, despite having just met her :)

    And I love how she is still able to work closely with Wax and co despite him rejecting her, and that she is not feeling spiteful about it :)

    It's Tuesday now. What did everyone think of the book despite all of us having read it at least once already?
    @Leira Galene
    @Elia LePhant
    @Kassina Tendar
    @Aduiavas Ida

    When do we all want to start the next book? Maybe take a break week this week and start in the next week or two?

    I thought I remembered not really enjoying it, so it was a surprise to like it so much this time! I really remembered none of the plot at all.

    :lol Good! I'm glad they're not annoying. :p

    Yeah, I didn't remember most of the details so it was fun rediscovering it all. I remembered the broad strokes and I remembered some of what happens in some of each character's individual stories, but not much of the actual book plot. And it's cool reading it so soon after reading the original Mistborn trilogy, so all these mythical figures are still fresh in our minds as real people.

    omg...thank you for posting this!! I read all the Mistborn last year for the first time, via Audiobook...and the chapters with this were a little confusing to just listen to. It's so awesome to actually see the paper!!
