Hello!

If you saw and were asked to acknowledge the terms and rules after registering last night, again, my apologies for the redundancy. I needed to push it out again so that everyone who had registered prior to set things up also were able to agree.

From this point forward, if we make any updates to the Community Guidelines, Discipline Process, Anti-Doxxing Policy, Privacy Policy, or any additional policies, you will be asked to acknowledge them again -- but not until that happens.

There was a weird formatting issue/ lack of newline at some point in the terms: something about Trolling was weirdly placed after something else.

Will there be a small notation about what changed from the previous version?
There was no substantive change to the document. People who had registered early in order to set up (Directors, Admins) had not been asked to agree to it. They needed to do so.

This was not why it was sent out. If we edit the document for a formatting or grammatical error that does not impact meaning, I will not force people to re-acknowledge the document.

But if there is a substantive change?

If there is a substantive change, we will communicate the changes in some manner. Most likely with a SA that gets blasted through the discord servers which tends to get the most members. But if it isn't difficult to do (I have to ask about the technical aspect), we can include some sort of revision note.

I didn’t mean that the formatting error would be a reason for resending, but rather that I saw that error just then. But will go report it to the bug thread.
