This method of feedback is important for administration, because we want people to have a method to reach out if they are uncomfortable but concerned. That said, roughly 25% of responses since we reopened use explicit profanity directed at those in Tower administration. If anonymous feedback continues to be used as a method to cuss out the executive team, it will stop being anonymous.

We experienced similar when we asked for feedback while creating the petition. Some people can be vile and disgusting when they can't be identified. Cowards often hide under the cloak of darkness.

Preserving anonymous feedback is paramount for offering legitimate redress. Handling abuse directed at staff can and should be handled separately.

I say that if anyone uses this to intentionally be vile and cruel that perhaps they earned a penance. Feed back and CONSTRUCTIVE criticism should always be welcome. Being vulgar has no place in it.
