Site maintenance, Saturday 4/27

So the boards need a restart for the database server, as well as a reboot or two to take advantage of more hardware resources on the host. I'll be doing this at 9PM PDT on 4/27 (4AM UTC on 4/28). The maintenance will take up to 3 hours, and the boards will probably be up and down during that time.
