So to clarify, if we're going to be a "medium participation level" or even "low participation level" kind of person, we can still sign up and the teams are large enough that we won't be a hindrance?

Regardless of activity, anyone who wants to sign up should sign up

What will happen, is there will be some group-based activities, but not everyone in the group will have to participate (so you can have 4 people in the group participate but now all 10). There are also individual games/contests as well that don't require the entire group.

Groups will NOT be penalized by not having all group members be super active
