I bet we will though, because they left it with the question now of what they took from Mat besides just the voices of trauma. Gives them an opportunity to pursue the thread of "what else was in there that might be important."

I'm honestly not sure now what will happen with the doors/Tower of Ghenji. They've made a lot of changes to them with Mat going through his door in Tanchico and the whole Elaida door scene. I do think we will get another doorway to finish Mat's storyline. I do not know that we'll get the whole Tower of Ghenji though. The reason for going there doesn't exist anymore.

True, *yet* BUT! We did see a lot of things in season 1 that we get from book 1, like portal stones. Even though the show doesn't appear to have any plans to give us portal stones. We never saw the Tower of Ghenji in season 1 though. If I were a betting person I would not be betting on the Tower making an appearance. I think we'll just get the other doorway at some point

Yeah, I think they're doing a change up for Alanna and Rand's thing later in a similar way.
