Restarting the Wheel of time

Started wheel of time some years ago and read books one through seven, I am not really certain why I dropped the series at that point, however I recently returned to the series to helpfully conclude the series. I am starting book eight and I am still going through the prologue, I hope to get through the series this time. I am hoping that TarValon can help with any difficulties that come up along the way.

And good luck with finishing the series. Just warning you.... Book 10 is a bit depressing, but it definitely picks up in book 11, and book 12 and 13 are just plain awesome.

Hello! I'm new here as well. I also stopped reading the series around there my first time through. I'm not really sure why...I think it just started getting so complex and had no end in sight. Personally, I found books 8-10 to be the hardest to get through. After that it gets REALLY REALLY awesome though, so stick with it! The last books deserve a chance to shine.

You know, book 7 was the book I couldn't get through my first time through, either. It took me three tries, actually. Just keep pushing through and you'll finally finish it.
