My 10 year old has read Harry Potter, the Fablehaven series, the Ranger’s Apprentice series, and is currently reading WoT (almost done with tDR), he’s a very fast reader and reads WAY above his level, he’s going to need something when he’s done with WoT.

    Any recommendations?

Robin Hobb. Especially her Farseer series...

My 10 year old is tearing through the Percy Jackson series by Rick Riordan.

Yeah I'd agree with anything by Rick Riordan. Also anything by Garth Nix (especially the Old Kingdom books, start with Sabriel). Except perhaps "Shade's Children" - the only book of his I don't like as much.

Oh, and the Tortall books by Tamora Pierce.

He might also like Terry Pratchett's books. I'd recommend either "Guards, Guards!" Or "Wee Free Men" as good starting points.

I was obsessed with the Redwall books by Brian Jacques around that age. Nice and meaty and there are plenty of them.

Alcatraz vs the Evil Librarians (Brandon Sanderson) is a LOT of fun. The Last Vampire series by Christopher Pike is great. The Xanth novels by Piers Anthony. A wizard in Rhyme is a series by Christopher Stasheff.

I also recommend the Alcatraz series. They are hilarious, and yet still have all the good qualities of Sandersons other books :)

    Seconding Garth Nix.

Does he like books that are on the scarier side? John Bellairs wrote *great* young adult horror books that I loved around his age.

As far as fantasy recs go, he might like Children of Blood and Bone by Tomi Adeyemi if he's advanced enough to be reading WoT already.
