We have 2 more full weeks of EotW, but then the last week will be about half the amount of reading we've been doing (we've been doing between 100-120 pages with our one chapter per day rate).

The last chapters, 49-53, are about 50 pages.

We can carry on with the first fifty pages of TGH, or we can have a light week so everyone can breath a little, read other stuff, and/or catch up.

What do you think?

I can't keep up with the pace as it is so any chance to slow down for a bit is my preference! :)

I'm all for zooming onwards, but a slight break to allow anyone on the other end of the spectrum to catch up might be wiser.

I admit I'm getting a little impatient with the slow pace. Then again, I once read the entire series in one week, so anything less than that is going to seem really slow.

Firstage: Um, yeah, no. :P I for one could absolutely not do that pace, with all the other stuff I have to do. I don't even think I could do a book a week with my other obligations.

The only time I did a book in a week was when the last book came out, and I took the week of work to read it :look: Enya and I went to the store when it opened, got the book, managed to restrain ourselves until we got home, and then pretty much read for two days straight :look:

Only one book behind, and it's nice and short! ...comparatively. :look:
