Re-Read side discussion: Split books into separate threads?

This was something I was thinking about as our re-read thread gets longer and longer and more and more unwieldy and intimidating.

Would it be beneficial to split each book into its own thread? Discussion can carry on about other books as we get further into the series, but it might be less intimidating for someone to jump into the middle if we only have discussion particular to one book in a thread. (Or at least reactions to things in that book that maybe relate to other things in other books. Series are hard to separate out. )

I agree, let's split up threads in each book. But keep the thread as is it like now?

And in first post, write that anyone is welcome to join the discuss anytime

I agree. I think it'd be easier to split it into a thread per book. That thread is going to get quite unwieldy if we let it continue for all 14 books!
