Question about the Annual Scholarship

Correct me if I am wrong, but I never saw who received the Scholarship for 2015. Maybe it was announced somewhere I couldn't see it but I think it's way past time to be announced so we can have some kind of transparency. Once again, I apologize if it was announced and I couldn't see it/find it.

It hasn't been officially announced as far as I know, but I don't think it ever really is. The scholarship winner is normally only publicized through the scholarship page, when the winner and their entry is published. At least, it wasn't put into site announcements or the news section last year.

and I it hasn't been published in the Library. It may not seem like a big deal but I would really want to see the essay.
