:lol House War's last book War has been split into two books:

    https://michellesagara.com/update-house-war-series/

The good news is both are already written so there will be relatively little wait time between them. Feb 2019 for Firstborn and then June 2019 for War.

I hope she doesn't end this universe there. :cry I love this world.

Well, we have to take what we can get. hehe I'd would love an Arkon novella! It sounds like it was originally going to be a Severn novella, but it's turned into "the first Severn book." ^^ I am happy with this.

Ok... but really you just need to take a trip, visit with her and brainstorm a Arkon backstory book :look

But a Severn POV will be interesting

:rofl She would think I’m so crazy! “Who is this crazy woman who is completely obsessed with this random side character?!?!” :lol

I am interested to see where she’ll start his story. Will it be when
Elianne fled Nightshade, when he followed her across the bridge and joined the Wolves, when the first book starts? When her mother dies?
I really do like Severn. I would be interested in seeing his perspective from any/all of these moments. ^^

I think she’ll start it in the fief and fill in a little on that back story and move on to the wolves

I’m looking forward to it, wherever it starts. I hope it doesn’t stall the forward progression of the main series too much, but it’ll be really interesting to see things through his perspective.

She also said Oblivion will be the cohort’s book, and the following will be all Dragon. ^^ The cohort is mostly Meh to me, but I can see their importance to the longterm story so I’ll go along with it. Knowing the Dragons will be back in force in the next one makes it quite a bit easier too.

    Arkon! :love

    :look

Yeah, I'm kind of over Mandoran. :look I like Annarion fine, but Mandoran's not my favorite. I'm very much looking forward to another Dragon story. I miss Sanabalis.

My money's on Emmerian (or however that's spelled) when it comes to Bellusdeo. Time will tell though. So long as I get to keep the Arkon, I'm happy. :lol :p

See I can see her spinning up a new dragon or three just to spice things up...

Or a dragon from a far land they didn’t have contact with....

Oooo That would be an interesting twist.
Goodness knows she's tossed in enough new Barrani, we could handle a few more Dragons!

    Think....

    Twins...

    Fraternal twins...

    And “teenagers”

Bellasdao wouldn’t be the last female.... just the most mature one...

And of course one or both would get a kick outa messing with the cohort...

I’d kind of like to see a return of the power of the Dragonflight. I understand why the Emperor established his Empire the way he did, but I can’t help but think it weakened his race.

I’d also like to see more progress made towards Ravellon, as well as towards understanding what a mortal Chosen means. A number of them keep making staments that Kaylin is “presumably” mortal and whatnot, I want to see that explored. She also kind of needs to figure out what’s up with her and Severn. She’s kind of stringing him along and while he’s okay with it, it isn’t actually fair to him. I know it’s not intentional on her end and it’s a very complex issue for her, but I definitely feel for Severn too.

I can’t recall, have you seen the Oblivion cover? I think it’s a pretty one, though I think Deception is still my favorite.

The Severn novella has turned into two books! :joy And it’ll be early-Severn, during his time with the Wolves. I am quite pleased with this.

Also, it’s neat that all the Sun Sword books are in print again. I am considering whether to buy the new editions or not, though them not being re-typeset is disappointing.

I guess I didn’t realize having bought them years ago..

Course your set is probably worn out :p
