AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH THE SEANCHAN BATTLE IN THE TOWER WAS SO GOOD :yay:omg

(Please no spoilers past the end of the book, that's as far as I've gotten.)

(Egwene's raising to the For Reals Amyrlin Seat was also awesome!!)

(And Elaida puking off a to'raken was a Joffrey-level satisfying moment!!!)

@Bracken I also just finished the book! That battle at the tower was amazing! Once I got to that part I couldn't put the book down.

When Tam told Cadsuane off, I just applauded him. I hope to see more Tam in the future!

YES! I don't get the Egwene haters, and while reading tGS I felt so proud of her! I even e-mailed Brandon Sanderson about it after I read it and got a response not long after the book came out :geek

Oh that's a good way to think of it. I kept waiting for someone - anyone - to do it. The fact that it was Tam just felt so right.

Right? Every time an Aes Sedai manipulates someone she could just talk to it makes me want to pull my hair out.

I also really love the Rand part at the end but wondering about it.

So basically what he is realizing is that he is just one person who has been reborn so many times, and he's remembering his past lives? He understands he's a champion of the Light and has to do it over and over again?

Also he starts making plants grow and the sun shine and things. Do you think he's become similar to a Green Man?

My thought was that, accepting himself as part of the pattern, gave him power over it. In the same way as the Dark One and the Creator can "touch" the pattern, so to could Rand. With his Ta'Veren powers.
