Exciting times are afoot in the Department of Marketing! It is my pleasure to share with you an expansion of the Tar Valon Times to include an Official TarValon.Net Podcast called… TAR VALON TALKS! The aim of the Tar Valon Talks Podcast is: To have fun! To promote The Wheel of Time and TarValon.Net to those within the TarValon.Net community and the wider Wheel of Time and fantasy community. To provide a reliable release schedule for the audience. With that in mind we are looking to hire members who would like to join the Tar Valon Talks Team. This is a brand new team so the job description below may change as the team and podcast develop. Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate on new content ideas on a regular basis. Compile show notes and descriptions for podcast episodes. Work with the TVT Editor to promote the podcast across Tar Valon Talks social media and podcast platforms. Expectations and Qualifications Must be a member in good standing. There is NO rank requirement for this position. Be confident discussing any and all Wheel of Time topics. Must be willing to spend 1+ hours per week at this position. Must be available for bi-weekly voice meetings with the Tar Valon Talks Team. Experience with podcast and/or media production is an advantage. Experience with social media and/or writing is an advantage. *** Important Note: The Tar Valon Talks Podcast WILL INCLUDE SPOILERS.
