It's that time again! :joy We are hiring for our Outreach Activities Team. This is a really fabulous opportunity for members of all ranks to get involved, meet new people, and work in a really fun team. 
The OAT is led by the Outreach Activities Coordinator, @Ilverin Matriam, and plans our Freeweeks such as Bel Tine in the Spring and Shaoman in the Fall. They also send our community birthday greetings, and plan other such activities to help our community feel fun and welcoming.

Rotation: 6 month rotation

Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the planning, preparation and execution of our annual freeweeks as well as other events. This can include coming up with ideas for activities, creating graphics, writing, etc.
- Assist in running chats for events.
- Send out birthday greetings to our members.
- Must be able to follow through with whatever tasks you volunteer for, or are assigned to do, in a timely manner.
- Must be able to spend approximately 2-3 hours a week on the boards for planning, plus more hours as needed during events.
- Member of TarValon.Net for 3 months.
- May be ANY rank.
- Experience and skill with graphics, creative writing, leadership or event planning is a plus, but not an absolute necessity.
