It is time to hire a new Master or Msistress of Tower Initiates
Overview
The MoTI is an administrative position in the Department of Membership. This position focuses on handling all aspects of a Tower Initiates's life in the Tower. You'll also be called upon to provide counsel to the Cordamora and the other Officers.
Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
--Provide counsel to site leadership as needed.
--Provide lessons on the Tower to Novice and Recruits.
--Keep track of where your Initiates are at and send raising packets as necessary.
--Provide the first line of defense when membership problems with Tower Initiates arise.
--Monitor guesting of TI's and contact Member group admins regarding changes in guesting status.
--Work with the Cordamora and other membership admins when inter-group problems arise.
--Moderate the discord and associated forums for the position.
--Build morale and activity within the groups.
--Host regular chats in discord.
--Work to coordinate plans to celebrate community-wide festivals and freedays.
--Check your email and the necessary forums regularly.
--Hire for the Community Council.
--Anything else that may be required to help the Tower Initiates.

Requirements
- You must have been a Tower Sworn for at least six months.
- Knowledge and willingness to enforce the Bylaws and Membership Manual are necessary; if you don't know them, you will learn them. Tact, diplomacy, and discretion are musts in this position, as you'll be privy to information that normal members are not!
- Positions in the Department of Membership run in 18 month terms. You should plan on being able to serve the full term, although we do know that sometimes events in our real lives make this impossible.
- Must be willing to opt into the Community Feedback forum for at least the duration of your term to keep your membership group up to date on what is being discussed/changed.
