http://library.tarvalon.net/index.php?title=Unfulfilled_Prophecy
(though it may be that some previously thought fulfilled were misunderstood, such as Siuan and Gareth (though I was never happy about their justification in their case))
It may also be that some are dreams, and dreams don't always come true, though that seems a little silly for a dream that shows two alternate possibilities

So, what got fulfilled and what got left out?
Darlin:
He'll die in bed, and she will survive him (TPoD, Ch. 27).
He lost his command post, but did he die? Did they get him to an unlikely bed for it?

Egwene
Rand confronting her, and the women with her, and one of them was a Seanchan (TDR, Ch. 48)
Could this be the meeting? Leilwin was not there at the time

Elayne
A red hot iron and an axe (TGH, Ch. 43)
I don't recall a red hot iron, and I can't remember how Birgitte was killed

Gawyn
He was standing in the road in front of him, and he reined in. Not because he saw her (Egwene), this time, but the road that had been straight now forked right where she stood, running over tall hills so no one could see what lay beyond. She knew, though. Down one fork was his violent death, down the other, a long life and a death in bed. On one path, he would marry her, on the other, not. She knew what lay ahead, but not what way led to which (ACoS, Ch. 7).
One of the most interesting for me. He married her and died, so, if he hadn't married her, then he would have had a long life. I guess it was possible that he could save her, but not marry her, though there is also Min's Viewing to take into account
"Gawyn kneeling at Egwene's feet with his head bowed, and Gawyn breaking Egwene's neck, first one then the other, as if either could be the future. She had never seen that fluttering back and forth, as though not even the viewing could tell which would be the true future. Worse, she had a feeling near to certainty that it was what she had done this day that had turned Gawyn toward those two possibilities." (TSR, Ch. 47)
Which was fulfilled when she bonded him

Logain
Logain, laughing, stepped across something on the ground and mounted a black stone; when she looked down, she thought it was Rand's body he had stepped over, laid out on a funeral bier with his hands crossed at his breast, but when she touched his face, it broke apart like a paper puppet
I guess the Rand faking his death part was true, but I don't know that Logain could be said to step accross Rand's body

Carlinya
An image of a raven floating beside her dark hair; more a drawing of the bird than the bird itself (TFoH, Ch. 26)
Carlinya is believed killed and Brandon Sanderson has confirmed this was not a mistake. It is either yet to be fulfilled, or has been met in an unexpected way
No clue to how this was fulfilled

Narishma
Who draws it (Callandor) out shall follow after
Well, he lived, but not sure what following after he has done or will do

Perrin
Broken crown, Trees around him flowering
Well, Faile being queen of Saldaea does for the first one, but the second is less clear (though a more detailed read may explain)

Sarene
A tempestuous love affair
I can't remember if she lived, I thought she was taken by Graendal, but another thing I'll need a second read for

Seanchhan
The Seanchan, too, of women in dresses with lightning bolts woven on their breasts, collaring a long line of women who wore the Great Serpent rings, forcing them to call lightning against the White Tower (TDR, Ch. 25)
They collared some, but didn't use them against the White Tower

I think this is Logain symbolically taking over the Black Tower.
I think the trees flowering around Perrin were his family's graves.

Darlin survived, from what I remember. Probably a prophecy sometime after the battle.

Hmm. There may have been some, but there were only a handful captured before. I don't see how it could be considered "a long line", and most of the ones who went were well trained Seanchan ''damane'', but it might be an explanation

I doubt there were any aptured Aes Sedai at the tower during the attack, since they couldn't attack with the power. They're still under the 3 oaths, after all, and can't use the power as a weapon.

It could also be a dream whose reality was changed. Or it could be something that was never intended to be fullfilled yet - it could indicate things that might still happen in the future.

Also, only Viewings and prophecy are absolutely going to happen; Dreams are subject to change, meaning they show what could happen, not what will.

Unless in the event of saving their life or that of their warder or another Aes Sedai. (funny, it doesn't include novices and accepted.. >.>)

They might also have taken some as they would know the layout of the Tower much better, and can do weaves such as shielding.

Also Sarene, from TPoD 29
a tempestuous love affair, of all things! The woman was ice, however beautiful. And there was nothing useful in knowing some man would melt her
So, we either missed it, or she gets better at the end of the book.

I seem to remember Sarene thinking about some poems she had composed, comparing her Warder (Vitalien?) to some dangerous big cat type animal. Tried to search the Library for a quote, but there was none (and most of my books are in Finland). It might be in LoC, Chapter 25 - the chapter summary seems like the context. In any case it was Sarene's pov somewhere earlier - not the last 3 books. Then there was an scene in aMoL, where Sarene was seen before getting Compulsed (she was in Aviendha's circle, was it?), where she leaned on her Warder. So I kind of thought that her tempestuous love affair was "off-screen", and with her Warder.

I'll have to check, but I think it is also mentioned that she would have been mortified if he ever found out. According to the library, LoC 25 was her only POV
Her secret vice, though she does not admit to it, is writing poetry. She often writes about her Warder, comparing him to leopards and other graceful, powerful and dangerous animals. She thinks that she would die of shame if Vitalien ever discovered her poetry about him
. Min's viewing of the affair was after this, so it could be that the two had an affair, but it would have been entirely off screen

I'm sure one of the prophecies mentions "twice dawns the day" for the last battle and there was lots of talk of eclipses... did I miss this happening?

Carlinyas killer was bale fired by rand while he held the choden cal, sooooo she could have been saved perahps several aes sedai etc as the entire event series left a unseen chain of events since they proceeded on as if they had never been killed buuuuut no one would have realized they were still alive until later based on how mat was treated in fires of heaven after being saved by Rand balefireing another person

Carlinya's killer was balefired ...? IIRC, we're never told who killed Carlinya.

I thought Carlinya was killed by the Black Ajah during the battle in TAR? I have no memory of Rand taking part in that battle, with or without the Choeden Kal.

I'm actually trying to remember when Rand balefired with the CK, and I can only think of when he went after Natrin's Barrow for Graendal, and got Aran'gar and Desana instead. Wasn't the battle in the TAR White Tower with the Black Ajah after that? I'm just struggling to make the timelines fit here with what you've said.

oh my mistake :( i didnt realize carlinia was killed in tar, ok two aes sedai plus others were killed on their march to the whilte tower by one of the forsaken slowly, so they should possibly be alivei n the world contribuing and people may not even fully realize thier alive and part of the pattern yet depending based on the damage of bale fire Rand used to get natrins borrow
