I have been having the same trouble, but it's wildly intermittent. I will go to post something, click post, and will see the warning at the top telling me that I have to wait 30 seconds before posting again, yet it made my post but then seemed to want to double post it. This happened to me a little bit earlier today, and once yesterday, and once a few days ago. It seems totally random. :scratch

I've been getting this every once in a while when I click on a thread. So far it hasn't happened when I click on the first page of a thread, only later pages, and not all the time. It's just once in a while. I click back and try again and it typically works fine then.

I'm getting the "have to wait 30 seconds to post" on first submissions A LOT.
It's only because I realise now that it has actually posted when it throws that message up that I don't try and submit again.
For some reason it's registering a double submission on the first click.
Currently on W7 machine with Chrome Version 46.0.2490.80 m, but also seen it from W8.1 and Chrome.
Not tested with any other browsers. I have cleared cache, but as it happens on multiple machines, logic would indicate it's not a client issue.

I haven't gotten any of my email notifications since the 27th. I checked my settings and they still look right. Is there something else I can do?

I am also getting the "you must wait 30 seconds to post" when posting for the first time in awhile, and if I scroll down, I notice that the post has already been posted! So I usually just hit the back button or go on doing whatever it was I was going to do next, but it is strange that it is happening. (Windows 8, Chrome)

That is happening to me as well. I write a new post, and I get the "you must wait 30 seconds to post", but if I scroll down, I see my post already went through.

Occasionally I am also getting a "do you want to leave this page?" type message pop up right after I hit post.

Both issues have just been the past couple days. I'm using Firefox.

I'm also having the "wait 30 seconds before posting" on both my laptop and on my phone. It's not a huge issue, just really annoying.

I'm also experiencing the double post issue. It's a bit irritating, but I can at least get rid of the doubles when they happen

I don't know whether anybody has noted this already, but the double-posting issue also happens intermittently with PM's.

Still getting the double post issue, but it does seem intermittent now. For about a day everything I post triggers it, and then there will be a period of being able to post without it. I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but on my end it seems to be triggered the most by including emotes in the post.
