I'm getting an interesting problem when I try to post in SA. When I hit "post quick reply", the site asks me if I want to leave the page as all changes in the editor will be lost. If I say yes, I want to leave the page, I'm redirected to http://www.tarvalon.net/newreply.php?do=postreply&t=12015 (the number changes, of course). I don't appear to have this issue in other fora. I'm on Win 7 Enterprise using Chrome and have already tried clearing the cashe and deleting cookies.

It's a known issue that appears to have sprouted when we attempted to enable HTTPS and now won't go away. It's pervasive throughout the site when HTTPS is enabled, but I don't know how or why it's doing this on HTTP... I'm currently working (again) with some VB support staff on these issues, so please bear with us until we can get this resolved. Believe me, it's as frustrating for me as it is you

Yeah, we had a short unexpected downtime due to some work on this ongoing issue. I resolved it at about 9:05am EST. It would have been a lot earlier had I not needed to get to work for a meeting :\

Azi, you broke the reply!
I can't reply to anything in SA (where I had previously gotten an error). Now it asks me to "do you want to leave this page unsaved", so i went to advanced and pressed "yes" to the same message and the page was then completely blank. I don't have an error to give you but that's what happened.

I'm getting the same thing. If I try to reload the page it warns me my action might be repeated. But nothing posts.

I'm having the same problem Arie Sedai is having... I tried to reply to the thread announcing Sandriel Sedai's raising and couldn't.

I can't change my avatar!

I've tried uploading and linking and it says "unable to save image"

My main browser is Chrome, but I tried it in Firefox as well. Same result. I tried renaming the file, uploading and linking it.

Shaerlyn, when a thread has new posts in it, there's a little blue circle with two white arrows pointing down inside of it. It's before the name of the thread but after the logo that highlights when there's new posts. If you click that blue circle, it will take you to the first unread post in the thread.

Eli, I navigate almost solely through "Settings," so I was looking for the link on page one of these threads.

And nvm it's back today.
