Since this pandemic has effected all of us. Around the globe lots of people have started up
volunteer groups.
Where I live in a small market town/big village one man started up a volunteer group to help
Those in need.

I've been picking up prescriptions and getting food shopping.

These people usually have family, but their daughters and sons are self isolating. So rely on these groups that have sprung up.
It's made such a difference and makes you realize that more should be done.
It's been a pleasure and gives you that great feeling. Others have called people to give them a lifeline of company.

I make runs to the grocery store for friends and neighbors who are unable to shop or find things when they go out. Finding TP and diapers has become a military endeavor, but sometimes it takes a village to circumvent the hoarders. I also started a food pantry at our local church because when this ends, the church food pantries are going to be needed to help feed the local people. My husband is employed during this time, so I have been funding this and giving money to those who need it to make basic ends meet, I am currently supporting two extra families. What this has done, is open up my kiddos eyes to how important it is to give during times like this. We also put in a "victory garden" to be prepared to help give fresh vegetables through a church "farmer's market" to those in need. Hope these ideas spark others to start charitable operations in their neighborhoods!! Cheers and stay safe and healthy my friends.
