Hello! I am an avid Wheel of Time fan, and its a series that has helped me through thick and thin. I am kind of a newbie and kind of an oldie. I had joined this forum very long ago, when i was 15, was quite active for a year or so, but life took over... and now I am 32. I finished the series when the last book came, did a few rereads but now I realize I am missing WoT a LOT. So decided to rejoin this community and wave to everyone here. I love everything WoT. It always takes me to a different space. Scientist by profession, singer in my free time. and ofcourse love reading and meeting similar souls.

Read a variety to be honest, big fan of Ian McEwan and Sebastian Barry, also a big fan of Virginia Woolf. But re-read very few Favourite WoT book has to be The Shadow Rising. It was like the intensity of the series reached a peak then, introduction of the Aiel, the scenes at Tear, Rand finally accepting some reality, and the climax. I love the Aiel arcs a lot. Thanks and nice to meet you both Arella and Ilverin Sedai! Definitely nostalgic right now.
Hello to Lyndo and Aleita Sedai! Sadly my favourite character is so not surprising, Rand, I love the reluctant hero in him. But love so many of Jordan's characters, I think second would be Nynaeve, someone who i end up relating to a lot . How about yourself? I am Indian by origin, and i sing some indian classical music
