Announcing "The Illuminator" ( Formally MoTW Infrastructure)

We have decided to formally split the Master of the Watch into two positions going forward: one that works with the frontend of site operations, and one that works with the backend. The backend Master of the Watch will be going by the title of "The Illuminator," because it's the closest thing in WoT to an alchemist (dealing with secret formulas and such).

There is no change in the person filling this role, but we wanted to give @Defen Estrator his own post to clarify the title change. Defen's been serving the Tower longer than many people have even been here. Long live our Illuminator!
