Thanks all! I may be a newer member of the tech team (how has it been a year and a half already?), but I've got 17 years of professional technical experience from pulling and terminating cables through being the top escalation point for the biggest customers at one of the largest cloud hosting providers, to doing cybersecurity work now.

In the near term, I'm looking forward to working with Mendo to making sure no one notices that things have changed hands (except Mendo's family). In the long term, it'll be good to really understand the technical needs of the Tower, and do my best to help the team fill them. I'd like to say that the tech team here has done an amazing job to date, and I'm hoping to maintain that.
