A new forum? Whaaaaaaat??

We wanted to try something new, so we've added a new forum strictly for hiring posts. This way, they won't get lost in congrats posts, and you can always see what's open for application. We may play with the Hiring forum a bit, to tweak how it works, so bear with us as we play around and figure out what works.
