The third book will likely be called Skybreaker, will feature Szeth, and will be out in late 2016.

Alivia's "helping Rand die" was confirmed to be just giving him the things he would need to start a new life. Also, Sanderson confirmed that Aviendha got pregnant from the sex scene in book 14. No word on if she changed one of her children's names from what was seen in the visions.

Homosexuality is directly addressed in the last book in a couple of minor comments. A couple people are outed.

I admit I'm getting a little impatient with the slow pace. Then again, I once read the entire series in one week, so anything less than that is going to seem really slow.
