I'm curious to how things change the next time the 3rd age hits. For example, Rahvin was balefired so he can't be reborn. So is there one less Forsaken the next time around, or does someone else take his place? Does that mean no one will be there to seduce the Queen of Andor, so Elayne will not...
I liked the end of the Mistborn trilogy (or all 3 books for that matter)
The ending of the Sword of Truth series was awful, but that whole series spired into bleh. :P
Not correct. Rand learned this because of the dual wounds on his side that repelled eachother, he then used that knowledge to basically push tainted saidin against Shadar Logoth to force the taint out. That was a hypothesis shown to be true through experimentation.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say the DO is not the source of all evil, and we have already been shown that with Shadar Logoth and Mashadar. They were also evil, but completely opposed to the evil from the DO, and without those opposing evils Rand would not have been able to cleanse...
That seems a bit....weak, to me. For one, I'm not sure we can say 100% Rand would not have succeeded as far as that meeting goes without Rand showing up. Secondly, that meeting was more about post-Last Battle. Rand succeeding was about winning the Last Battle, not so much what happened after...
Why? I just finished the book, and I did not see that Moiraine did anything relevant that made it worth Mat rescuing her? All she seemed to do was help link with Moridin at the end but any woman could have done so. Did I miss something? That seemed to be the part that bothered me the most, I was...
