  • Thanks for clearing things up for me :) I can't wait to (hopefully) become a Citizen and experience all the new things (especially the classes). I read in the manual that: "Participation in this forum [Classroom] is reserved for Community Members of the Tower, but Citizens may watch classes in action to get a feel of what it will be like if you choose to go to the Tower". I am a little confused... :look:
I have been reading all of the community memberships from the Membership Manual and just have a few things to say/ask...
    http://library.tarvalon.net/index.php?title=MM:_Novices_and_Recruits
I have been reading this page on Novices and Recruits and noticed that it makes mention to Book 13 and at that point it must not have been published in paperback, I don't know who can edit the Library pages but just thought to bring that up, as it is out of date info now... Also a question on the classes for Novices and Recruits. Are the classes solely based on allowing Novices and Recruits to pass their tests? What occurs in them, talking about the previous books?.... Thanks :)
Thanks, I just meant when in the series I should read New Spring. Anything with Moiraine and Lan is good for me :D . They do look rather intimidating on my shelf as well. I do enjoy the first 3 aswell, Egwene's damane chapters in TGH will always be some of my favourite, as is anything with Nynaeve. I also like Perrin's return to the Two Rivers in TSR. There is so much I love about Book 7:

1)We get to see more of Lan which is always a good thing, even more so when he saves Nynaeve
2)Although Tylin was very pushy, and what happened to Mat was extremely awkward I loved reading his chapters
3)Get to see more of Birgitte, who has interested me ever since her being called by the Horn
4)The fight with Sammael was epic!
5)Interesting chapters with Moghedien and the mindtrap (she is my favourite Forsaken so far [due to her fight with Nynaeve in Tanchico], I feel weirdly sorry for her, after her escape from the a'dam, she is effectively imprisoned again...)
Ah I see. I am currently up to Book 8.... I have bought all of them though, and have them stacked up in the living area as an added incentive to carry on with the series (not that I really need it, I just like looking at them). Book 7 is my favourite so far, what is yours? I have one more question.... I have bought New Spring, should I read this after the whole series or...?
Hi, just another quick question :) I have been looking at the Membership Groups from the Home tab, and they all have a link to the groups headquarters except Dai M'Hael Company, do they have a headquarters...? If so could you link me to it :arch . Thanks
Hi Theolyn, thanks for the official welcome :) I've already had a quick read of the Membership Manual, I will give it a thorough look soon. I wanted to get my application sent of as quick as possible to access more forums... Aryawnah Federov has been able to answer any questions I have had, but whilst you are here I have just a quick question. Now that I have sent off my application how long does it take typically to get approved? And it may seem a silly question, but can males aspire to become Aes Sedai here :embarassed: ?
Hi Theolyn, I am not sure to be honest, I was looking at some the other day and got very eye sore, i wanted them all!!! you wouldn't happen to have any good websites that will let you use their avatars do you? Thanks xx
Once I'm a soldier... I'm still waiting on my email to tell me I'm a citizen, so it may be a while till I get to explore the Ajahs and Companies. But once I am, I look forward to experience the Red Ajah, especially now that theres a freindly face I'll recognise. :D
Oh, thats cool!! I myself won't choose on Ajahs, but I do hope to be able to join one of the Companies some day.
    ... Uuuuuf. Here goes.

Jeg snakker bara lidt dansk. Jeg stadig øver. Jeg forstår mer end jeg kan tale.
Det er mange svenskere og nordmænd her! Det er rart att se.

That's all I've got. (I've already stolen some of your phrases.) I started Danish because my uncle has bought a house in Copenhagen (he used to live in Uppsala) and I may go visit him soon. Plus I can understand spoken Danish because of the Swedish.

Thank you for the sig! Once I get to my computer, I will set them all a-rotating. (Technically I'm supposed to be watching the little cousins but I'm on here on my phone. And besides the little cousins are eleven.)
Alright then, I will call you Theo!

Thank you so much for the sig. It's beautiful! I will start using it right away!

I'm sorry that you're having a long day! *sends lots of happy thoughts at you* You can do it!
I would love some help with signatures, Aes Sedai! Thank you!

The bit about Scandinavian languages caught my attention because I am a native Swedish speaker and am currently studying Danish. I saw something I had in common with someone, and just seized on it.

    Thank you!
    Hello Theolyn Aes Sedai!
I found you on the Introductions thread, and saw that you were studying Scandinavian languages. Therefore, I decided that you seemed the best to approach. I'm brand new, still trying to learn the ropes, and wondered if you could explain signatures to me? I have no idea how to make one or even what they're for.

    Thank you!
    Amina Coram
I would indeed love to chat, but at the moment I need to try to go to sleep, I have to be in to work in about 4 and a half hours. I am working on bulking up my posts to 25 so I can become a citizen and get pms, until then we seem to be stuck with chatting with visitor messages, but I don't think you will mess it up. I have skype also.
