Ok, quick question, what if the artist who created the image you'd like to change your avi to is LONG dead. I would like to change my avatar to this:
It's a painting called "Jewish Woman From Tangiers" by Charles Zacherie Landelle (1812-1908). Obviously I can't e-mail the artist and ask him. Is it ok to use if I give him credit in my signature?

I've been on and off looking for the artist for mine for some odd two or three years at this point. Never even got close. So I'm looking for a new one. However, I'm lazy, so suggestions are welcome. :P :gray

here's a link that you can use to see if anyone in the tower (novice-aes sedai/recruit-gaidin) are already using it. The only thing is that citizens and guests aren't included.
