I feel the same way about Perrin. He was one of my favorite characters for several books the first time I read the series, and I still like him for most of the series, but that one plot line turns him into Mopey McWhineypants for a few books, and it gets old really fast. Rand, I just find kind of boring as a character, and I feel similarly about Min once she starts hanging around Rand all the time, and since most of Rand's storyline in the later books is from either Rand's or Min's POV...
