Give it a bit of time. If you don't hear in about a week drop Sa' a line at membership@tarvalon.net We are currently in transition for Mayor so Sa'areah Sedai our Membership Admin is stepping in here to help out she is the membership admin and has lots on her plate with her job in full, so being patient will be most helpful. If it has only been a day, give it time, a week maybe drop a line to see if she has received the application.

If you have not received an email in your inbox within 7 days, please check your spam box. If the email is not in there, then you should contact the Mayor to inquire as to the status of your application. If you have not been added to the Citizen usergroup within 7 days of sending your response email, then you should contact the Mayor to politely inquire as to that status.

Good luck to the new major - sounds like it is quite a lot of responsibility to take on. I also submitted my citizenship application recently but knowing about the new mayor's pending training, I'll expect things to take a bit longer than usual.
